TPG has canceled the 2017 TPG User Conference which was to be held September 18-19 due to the effects of Hurricane Harvey on the Houston area. We will issue refunds for prepaid registration fees within the next week. Additionally, our conference host, The Houstonian Hotel, Club & Spa, is in the process of sending cancelation notice to everyone that has registered. Those of you that have already made airline reservations, hopefully the carrier will provide a full refund or voucher.
We plan to host a 2018 TPG User Conference sometime next spring and will announce the dates and location once arrangements have been made.
Thank you for reaching out to check on us during and after the hurricane. The office building and the offices of TPG received no damage and we were and are fully operational. Some of the staff experienced water damage to their homes and are still in a waiting mode. It will be a long recovery and rebuilding process for southeast Texas, but we’re up to the challenge. Thank you again for your support.
